Caroline started her career working at a large mixed practice in Hertfordshire. She then moved to the South coast working at a large mixed and referral practice for thirty years. During that time, she developed interests in mentoring and assessing trainee nurses, nutrition, consulting and behaviour completing the ISFM Certificate Feline Behaviour (distinction). She moved to SCVS in 2021 taking on the new role of admit and discharge nurse. Caroline enjoys coordinating the flow of patients into and out of the hospital from all disciplines, whilst supporting both the patient and the client from their admit to discharge.
