SCVS Facility

CPD

Introduction

We will be continuing to run our popular evening meetings in 2010 and, with the advent of our new disciplines, we intend to bring you updates on topics chosen from the fields of orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, neurology, dermatology, cardiology and diagnostic imaging.

Our CPD meetings have proved to be very popular in the past, and places are limited. In recognition of your support for SCVS evening meetings will remain free of charge for the coming year. We recommend that you keep checking the website to watch out for the dates of our new CPD meetings.

Evening Events

Evening events start at 7.30pm with a free buffet supper, followed by the talk at 8.00pm. We usually finish about 10.00pm. Please feel free to bring xrays, case reports, etc. that you want to discuss with the specialist speaking. To assist with catering, please use the faxback form we send out before the meeting or fax , email or phone us to let us know you are coming. If you are not on our mailing list, please email or phone to be added.
We now have new interactive software so that, with the help of your own keypad, you can become more involved in the presentation. These are used at most of our talks.
