Payment Options

We do ask for payment for all consultations and treatment at the time of collection of the pet. If an insurance company is involved we still ask that you pay us in full and claim the money back.

To assist you in planning for payment, a list of approximate costs for consultations and certain more common procedures are provided in the welcome pack which is sent to clients once an appointment has been made and some prices can be downloaded from the column on the right. Of course we cannot give a precise estimate for fees, as it is impossible to know exactly which diagnostic and treatment procedures will be required before seeing your pet.

We can take payment in a number of ways:

• Cash
• Cheques – only if the amount is guaranteed by the bank
• Credit / debit cards – we take all major cards except American Express.
