Payment Options

We do ask for payment for all consultations and treatment at the time of collection of your pet. If an insurance company is involved we prefer that you pay us in full and reclaim from the insurance company. However, we can arrange direct claims from your insurance company, but only if by prior arrangement. 

To assist you in planning for payment, we do have a price list of more common procedures and these can be downloaded from the column on the right. Of course we cannot give a precise estimate for fees, as it is usually impossible to know exactly which diagnostic and treatment procedures will be required before seeing your pet. However we make every effort to ensure that we give you all the options at your first consultation, so that you can decide what you want for your pet.

We can take payment in a number of ways:

• Cash
• Cheques – only if the amount is guaranteed by the bank
• Credit / debit cards – we take all major cards except American Express.
