Maria Zurita

Maria graduated from the University of Barcelona in 2014. She spent three years working in first opinion small animal practice in Barcelona and England while studying towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. She undertook a rotating internship at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists. This was followed by a year spent as a rotating intern at the University of Glasgow. She joined SCVS as a surgical intern and in June 2021 she became a European Resident in Small Animal Surgery.
