Jess joined Southern Counties in 2011 as a Receptionist. Over time, she advanced through the administration department, leading the team and introducing new protocols to support company growth. In 2016, Jess pursued her passion for HR and earned a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management (QCF) in April 2017. Following this achievement, she was promoted to HR Manager, where she continues to contribute her expertise and leadership.
