These T&Cs apply to the "20% off Orthopaedic Surgery" offer (“the Offer"). The Offer is available at Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists (SCVS) only. The Offer is available from 08:00 on 10th July 2025 until 23:59 on 31st August 2025 (“the Offer Period”).

The Offer only applies to dogs and cats who are deemed to be healthy enough to undergo a general anaesthetic and orthopaedic surgery as determined by a vet of SCVS at his/her sole discretion (“an Eligible Pet”). The Offer entitles the owner of an Eligible Pet to a 20% discount on orthopaedic surgeries at SCVS, which is comprised of the following: 
 
1.    the initial consultation with the orthopaedic surgery team; 
 
2.    sedation/general anaesthetic as required; 
 
3.    pre-operative radiographs (if needed); 
 
4.    surgery; 
 
5.    post-operative hospitalisation for one night; 
 
6.    post-operative medication for up to 14 days; and
 
7.    a maximum of 2 re-check examinations with our surgery team (within 3 months of surgery).

The Offer excludes treatment of other post-operative complications. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and shall not apply where the cost of orthopaedic surgeries at SCVS has already been discounted for any other reason.

The Offer must be booked, and the pre-operative radiographs and surgery completed, within the Offer Period. To redeem the Offer, customers must contact SCVS directly. The Offer is subject to availability. SCVS reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice. SCVS shall not be liable for any losses (whether financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Offer for any reason.
