Office Admin / Receptionist

As an office administrator, you will be working closely with the administrative and reception teams and management to facilitate the efficient running of the Practice.

Customer service skills are of utmost importance; speaking to clients over the telephone will be part of the job at all times and the ideal candidate must be able to provide a high level of customer care in what can be a highly emotional or stressful time.

General Reception Responsibilities
• Meeting and greeting clients/pets
• Booking appointments
• Taking payments
• Collecting claim forms
• Answering external telephone calls and transferring where appropriate
• Dealing with emergency calls and paperwork in line with company policy

General office duties
• Answering external telephone calls and transferring where appropriate
• Posting of medication to clients
• Filing, scanning and franking post
• Laboratory result processing
• Support referral and claims administrators
• Opening and dealing with the post
• Sending referral reports

Working Monday – Thursday 9.30am to 6.30pm and Sunday 9am-1pm, averaging 36 hpw. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
