We are a multidisciplinary referral centre based in Ringwood, Hampshire, offering a wide range of specialist services. We have recognised specialists in the fields of anaesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, oncology, neurology, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery and an animal physiotherapy team.

At SCVS, we have the most advanced facilities, which you will not find in ordinary veterinary practices. This enables our specialists to offer the highest standard of veterinary care from admission through to discharge.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic client account administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will need a background in finance, insurance or debt control previous experience working in a veterinary practice would also be preferred. This is a fast paced working environment and the ideal candidate must be able to work quickly and efficiently.

The role will include liaising with our clinicians on accounts and being heavily involved with the debtor management of the Practice including pricing client accounts, issuing client invoices, inputting payments, processing insurance claims and other office duties.

You will also be a financial point of contact for our clients both on the telephone and in person. To ensure robust and financially-sound decision-making, striving at all times to continually improve quality, accuracy and efficiency.
