As a Veterinary Receptionist at IVC Evidensia, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellent animal care. Located in Great Britain, this position is essential for ensuring smooth operations at our veterinary practice while providing outstanding customer service to pet owners.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the practice.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized reception area.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Process payments and manage client records accurately.
Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming for clients.
Requirements
Hours to be discussed but ranging between 8am - 6.30pm and will include weekends.
Immediate start date is available.
1 year+ reception or administrative experience.
Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare reception role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is an advantage.
This is a rewarding but busy and demanding role, which will require the individual to be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.
