Admit/Discharge Nurse

JOB SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse who has an empathetic approach to patient care and exceptional client communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with high attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.

This role will suit a confident nurse with the ability to coordinate the flow of patients into and out of the hospital from all disciplines. You will be required to discuss patient care plans with clients at the discharge appointment, explaining medication and rehab techniques whilst answering questions relating to the patients treatment whilst in the hospital.    

Salary starting from £26,000 based on average 35h week.
