RCVS Specialist in Small Animal Medicine and EBVS® European Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine
After graduating from Edinburgh Vet School in 1996, Valerie spent 11 years working in small animal practice before undertaking an internship at Dick White Referrals. She has completed a three-year residency in small animal medicine at Glasgow Vet School where her research interests included evaluating the acute phase protein response in cats being treated with radioiodine for hyperthyroidism. Valerie passed her European Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2016.
