The unit ensures a fast oxygen supply is available to their patients through a computer-controlled system in combination with high quality sealed cages. The air temperature is automatically cooled with humidity control, CO2-extraction, floor heating as well as integrated sensors.

The ICU is provided by German company IntensoVet with one of their employees flying in especially from Germany to make sure it was installed correctly in SCVS’ wards.
